The Dear Black Woman Gala: The All-Access VIP Group Experience
An Invitation to the Inner Circle for the M.A.D.Y. Organization
The Dear Black Woman "100 Women in Black" Gala & Book Launch is a multi-day, luxury experience designed to honor the 16 co-authors of the new anthology, Dear Black Woman: Honoring the Inner Child with Love, Compassion, and Triumph. From Thursday, September 25th, to Sunday, September 28th, 2025, at the prestigious Hotel Colee in Atlanta, we will gather a curated community of authors, VIP supporters, sponsors, and guests for an unforgettable weekend of celebration, connection, and sisterhood.
This is more than a book launch; it is the physical manifestation of a movement. The weekend is a journey, beginning with intimate, high-touch experiences for our authors and VIPs and culminating in a spectacular black-tie Gala.
The core theme of "Honoring the Inner Child" is woven throughout, with activities designed to spark joy, creativity, and profound reflection. The event will not only celebrate the stories in the anthology but will also serve as the official launchpad for the future of the Dear Black Woman brand, including the announcement of a 2026 stage play and a national book tour.
For the M.A.D.Y. Organization, we have been offered the All-Access VIP Group Experience. This is not simply a ticket; it is a curated, multi-day journey into the heart of the Dear Black Woman movement. It is designed to experience the full depth, connection, and celebration of this landmark weekend together.
M.A.D.Y. Attendees will be treated as true insiders, granted unparalleled access to our 16 honored co-authors, special guests, and a suite of exclusive, high-touch events that are closed to the general public. This is your opportunity to move beyond the audience and become a part of the story.
The All-Access VIP Table Package is designed to provide a seamless and high-value experience for a group.
Inclusions:
VIP All-Access Weekend Passes, granting entry to every event listed above.
Four Shared Double Deluxe Guest Rooms at Hotel Colee for three nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday), each accommodating two guests.
